RETURNS & REFUNDS
All return and refund requests must be within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
RETURN & REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund for an item, please email customer service at support@thespreadsheetwiz.com and state the reason you are not satisfied with your purchase.
After receiving your email and the reason for the request, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from your email to process your refund. Refunds should take 1-3 business days to credit your account, once we have actioned the refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
